Too many Christmas Parties that is for sure!
It is currently raining cats & dogs - is that an excuse not to get out there. No I am going to! I have a lot of miles in the diary this week - so we are going to have to. The only thing that I am wondering is whether I am going to have redo my plan in the new year and do a new 16 week plan!
