Happy New Year 2012. The year the Olympics come to London and the year I want to do the Marathon. If we are serious about the Marathon then this is a plan we need to adhere too.

Got on the scales this morning, and the heaviest I think I have been. Admittedly I have just came back from holiday where I seemed to eat and drink a lot, but this is no excuse. I took my running stuff with me, but did I use them? We all know the answer to that one.
