I was meant to run home on Thursday, but I took the night off and went to visit Time & Talents (the charity I am running for). I’ll do a separate blog post about the charity in due course; however I did think it helped having a night off as it gave my troublesome left ankle a bit of a rest; which I am sure in turn helped with my long run on Saturday.

Saturday evening I had my first proper drink of January as it was Arun’s 30th Birthday.

So unfortunately taking Thursday off meant I finished the week slightly behind budget however I am pleased that I finished with my distance.
